For our Client, an international company, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company where you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes in the organization, including internal mobility, training, capacity/capability analysis.
  • Manage the performance of the team and drive the semi-annual performance evaluation process.
  • Build a strong business relationship with the management team.
  • Identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Facilitate the management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
  • Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
  • Act as a performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management.
  • Coordinate the promotion cycle.
  • Design, implement, and lead actions focused on minimizing attrition.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Critical skills include decision-making, facilitation, influencing, financial acumen, and negotiation.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR concepts, regulations/legislation, processes, policies, and workflows.
  • A working knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication aptitude is a must.
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
  • Availability to work 2 days per week in the office.
