Job Role: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our international team at Grafton. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business units by providing expert HR support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, providing timely and effective HR support.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes, including internal mobility, training, and capacity analysis.
  • Manage the performance of the team, driving the semi-annual performance evaluation process and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build strong business relationships with management teams, facilitating collaboration and driving business results.
  • Actively identify gaps and propose changes necessary to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate promotion cycles and design, implement, and lead actions focused on minimizing attrition.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Critical skills include decision-making, facilitation, influencing, financial acumen, and negotiation.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR concepts, regulations, processes, policies, and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
