We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at B2B S.A.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership position that oversees the entire service lifecycle, from definition to delivery and ongoing management.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and administering contractual documents, as well as engaging in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) for the services under your responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Define operational processes, KPIs, and Service Level agreements for infrastructure services.
  2. Prepare and administer respective contractual documents.
  3. Engage in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) for the services in your responsibility.
  4. Participate in regular service-related meetings and performance reviews.
  5. Maintain consistent monitoring and analysis of the service in your responsibility.
  6. Coordinate transitions of service changes, extensions, and new products/services.
  7. Manage escalations related to services you are responsible for.
  8. Maintain relevant Controls, Security Processes, and Vulnerability management.
  9. Investigate issues and opportunities in existing processes and work practices.
  10. Maintain and update Key Performance Indicators.
  11. Contribute to financial forecasting and planning submissions.
  12. Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes, and programs.
  13. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) are in place.
  14. Control and manage service assets and configuration items.
  15. Report and track open Audit and Compliance findings.
  16. Rationalize existing reporting tools and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Previous involvement in one stage of the development life cycle or service management support activity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-starter aptitude, and effective communication.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams to drive forward projects using own initiative.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures.
  • Aptitude for handling and managing problems arising from incidents in information systems.
  • Ability to make technical decisions and initiate action to resolve operational problems.
  • Effective communication across multiple technical and non-technical business units.
  • Strong analytical and research skills including critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Versatility and dedication to efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams.
  • Dealing with ambiguity.
