French Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
- Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining exceptional service quality.
- Support customers with queries ranging from skincare and makeup advice to fashion, nutrition, fitness, and food and beverage.
- Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in French - written and verbally.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- A professional, approachable, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering great customer service.
