Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Operator to provide first-line support for our IT services customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT services customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal or external teams as necessary.
  • Manage and update knowledge articles to ensure consistent and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Experience with service desk management tools, such as ServiceNow.
