Solventum, a pioneering healthcare company, is seeking a talented Global Travel & Expense Analyst to join its team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with innovative solutions and make a real impact on patient care.

About the Role

As a Global Travel & Expense Analyst, you will be responsible for managing employee travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding travel-related inquiries and will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

  • You will communicate with employees regarding failed expense payments, potential duplicate expense claims, and multiple expense reports.
  • You will escalate non-compliance issues, questionable items, and missed metrics to the GSC GTE Team Lead.
  • You will check and approve complex travel expense pending exceptions from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country.
  • You will be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of expense report checks and follow-up issues.
  • You will act as the Corporate Credit Card Administrator for all countries in scope.
  • You will conduct Airfare Reconciliation and weekly posting validation, providing a weekly report.
  • You will engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc.
  • You will participate in cross-functional projects related to T&E, PCard, and Meeting Card deployments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or minimum of one year of equivalent work experience in Global Travel & Expense, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Concur Travel Expense Report-related work.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Financial accounting and internal control knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a focus on quality.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills, working well with virtual and cross-functional teams.
What We Offer

Solventum offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
