The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Customer Advocacy Professional to develop and execute our customer advocacy strategy. At Duco, we prioritize customer experiences that drive advocacy, attending industry conferences, hosting events and webinars, and proactively engaging with customers to build loyalty.
This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing a customer advocacy program, identifying and engaging with existing customers, developing referral strategies, and tracking program success. As part of the Growth Marketing Team, you'll contribute to generating demand and sourcing pipeline for the business.
You'll join a talented and highly motivated team of over 200 Duco professionals across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing customer advocacy programs, identifying and engaging with existing customers, developing referral strategies, and tracking program success.
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B physical and digital events and audiences
- Experience with customer advocacy programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for delivering high-standard events
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills ensuring team members, customers, and suppliers are informed
- Great resilience and problem-solving skills for occasional unexpected issues
- A creative side for brainstorming new themes, experiential ideas, and swag to stand out from the crowd
- Experience in finance or SaaS software companies is a plus
- Hybrid/remote working experience is a plus
