User Experience Design Leader for AI and Content Integration

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience (UX) Designer to lead our efforts in integrating AI and content. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research: You will conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
  • Experiment: You will work with cross-functional teams to experiment and prototype new ideas, using design thinking principles to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate: You will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
  • Deliver: You will be accountable for delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Innovate: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Fine Arts or equivalent work experience
  • A track record of professional design experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods to deliver insights
  • Experience in planning and running Design Thinking workshops with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation, and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
  • A strong portfolio of work that illustrates your process, level of craft, and results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Confidence in working with a global team environment
  • Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graphic design skills
  • Animation or motion graphics skills
  • Familiarity with Data Science and AI concepts and terminology
  • Ability to code HTML/JS functional prototypes

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
