We are seeking an Account Management Executive to join our team in Poland. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account management plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

You will also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients and contribute to business strategy development to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
