Key Responsibilities

The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office space. This includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating with building management for maintenance and repairs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Administrative Tasks
  • Assist departments with clerical tasks such as preparing documents, photocopying, and filing.
  • Manage office supply inventory and oversee the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Coordinate company events and activities.
Front Desk Operations
  • Welcome guests, clients, and vendors to the office, providing a professional and hospitable environment.
  • Administer company access cards for employees and guests, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with security staff as needed.
New Hire Management
  • Support onboarding preparation and assist with new hire management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a front office/receptionist role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
