We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Debt Collection Professional to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our collection team, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from business clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring and analyzing overdue payments to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  2. Negotiating repayment terms with clients to ensure timely payment.
  3. Cooperating with the sales and finance teams to streamline payment processes and improve overall efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2) and fluent French (C1).
  • A minimum of one year's experience in collections, customer service, or finance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
