Partner Customer Success Specialist
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in accelerating software adoption and driving renewal growth across the partner and distribution ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be on implementing tailored technical enablement strategies to support software adoption and customer success. This includes equipping partners with the necessary knowledge and expertise to help their customers achieve faster value realization.
- Develop and execute plans to scale partner software practices, focusing on customer success and use case delivery through technical enablement.
- Provide technical delivery expertise to partners, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from solution activation to adoption.
- Drive license consumption and utilization with a focus on Enterprise Agreements, scaling partners' software management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customer success, and partners to elevate customer adoption and address services concerns.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong executive presence, presentation, meeting facilitation, and communications skills. Additionally, you should have the ability to work cross-functionally through sensitive topics to achieve business objectives.
A deep understanding of networking, routing protocols, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), software-defined access, and network automation is essential. You will also need to be able to communicate and demonstrate the accurate utilization of Cisco Catalyst Center features.
This role requires the ability to connect customer use cases/plans with Cisco solutions and understand how they can be optimally applied in a customer's environment to accelerate business value.
You will work closely with the Partner Account Manager and other Cisco partner-facing teams, as well as externally with partner customer success and technical resources.
