The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Originator. This role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business development responsibilities, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Manage a pipeline of leads from sourcing to closing, utilizing strong negotiation skills and business acumen to drive results.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of user-experience initiatives, such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing campaigns, to enhance our sales processes and drive business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in sales, business development, and marketing. The successful candidate will possess:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.Natural sales talent with strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit.Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close, with a strong understanding of the real estate closing process.
