Scope:

Sales professionals will utilize their proven track record to identify, qualify, establish, and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell logistics solutions, including 3PL, LLP, and general freight services, to large-sized companies in the assigned country.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business outreach and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
  • Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
  • Manage and optimize the sales strategy, implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with new and key customers.
  • Meet individual and Company KPIs and goals.
  • Actively collaborate with operations teams to optimize global operations.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A solid background in Freight Forwarding and Logistics at a senior sales level, with proven ability to secure and build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
  • An extensive customer network across the country market.
  • Proven track record of meeting Company KPIs and objectives.
  • Experience with implementing Company-wide sales strategies and defining the sales process.
  • Ability to analyze and identify sales pain points and implement fixes.
  • History of winning and retaining A, B, and C-level customers.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and monthly market forecast.
  • Independent, creative, and self-disciplined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires:

  • A university degree.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience.
  • Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
