Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Swedish language expertise, you will play a key role in helping our clients communicate effectively with their customers.

You will be responsible for recording customer orders, proposing product alternatives, and planning and coordinating deliveries.

Your primary goal will be to ensure on-time deliveries and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills in Swedish (B2/C1 level) and English (B2 level).

You should also have a proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to quickly adapt to new situations.

A previous experience in customer service or order management would be an asset but not required.
