Job Summary:
The Procurement Attorney will work closely with management to negotiate and manage various types of vendor agreements, collaborate on vendor governance, and assist the Procurement organization in developing vendor governance policies and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires a skilled attorney with experience in contract negotiation and management, as well as a strong understanding of vendor governance policies and risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage various types of vendor agreements, including software licensing, technology, outsourcing, professional services, marketing, recruitment, and travel-related vendor agreements.
- Collaborate closely with management on vendor governance, including compliance with applicable policies and laws.
- Assist the Procurement organization on the development of vendor governance policies and risk mitigation strategies in dealing with vendors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in contracts negotiation and management of vendor contracts.
- Working knowledge of IP, licensing, financial regulatory laws, and AI laws.
- JD or LLL from an accredited law school.
