Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term RTM strategy focused on profitable distribution gains.
  • Create efficient RTM processes for field sales in all channels using six global RTM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global RTM structures to develop and implement tools supporting data analysis and conclusion drawing.
  • Evaluate RTM segmentation alignment with SCM priorities.
  • Drive excellent execution of the RTM strategy to achieve optimal points of distribution and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in blue chip FMCG/consumer products and customer development/field sales.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to translate insights into strategic plans.
  • Proven track record in development and implementation of the long-term RTM strategy.
  • Able to challenge the status quo and manage resources to deliver business objectives.
  • Driven, self-reliant, and resilient individual able to respond to changing environments.
  • Strong relationship builder with key stakeholders across diverse customer bases.
