Retail Channel Marketer and Key Account Manager

As a Strategic Retail Development Manager at Bosch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail strategy to meet the evolving needs of local markets.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of the EU retail landscape and the ability to develop tailored solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for implementing the EU retail strategic framework, including portfolio introduction and reviews based on local market requirements, channel conflict mitigation, pricing consistency assessment, campaigns and budget follow-up.
  • You will provide essential support to local key accounts, offering expert advice and guidance to help them navigate complex market dynamics.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market potential and drive product and customer diversification.
  • You will cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing and regional retail key accounts.

About You

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with a third European language as a plus.
  • You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
  • A strong interest in data and figures, e-commerce experience, especially in automotive products, would be an asset.
  • Travel may be required for customer and internal meetings within your assigned region.
  • You should possess problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Experience abroad or in an international/intercultural context would be advantageous.
