Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator at May & Stephens, you will play a vital role in supporting the mobility team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating engineer site visits, updating clients on any issues, and preparing daily reports.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Manage engineer schedules and book in for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites
  2. Liaise regularly with clients to keep them informed about any issues, planned works, or call outs
  3. Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email
  4. Update spreadsheets and prepare daily reports for your designated area
  5. Offer support to the wider team with any additional ad-hoc duties
