Administrative Support Manager

As an Administrative Support Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall employee experience within our organization.
You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all staff members.
This includes overseeing and delivering a wide range of employee lifecycle processes from an administrative perspective, guiding employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and other queries, and organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Collaboration with HRBPs, Recruitment and Reward Teams, and line managers is essential to ensure the smooth operation of all personal administration tasks.
You will manage holiday, sick leaves, unpaid leave requests, and other time off, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, systems, and tools enhancing the overall employee experience.
