Dutch Payroll Specialist with HR Expertise

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with Dutch language expertise to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a key member of our Payroll Team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to employees and managers in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring seamless payroll processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Maintain the payroll audit database, reconcile and process payroll information received from outside sources, and ensure accurate data analysis between payroll and HR.
  • HR Support: Provide support for HR processes, including onboarding, contract changes, contract extensions, terminations, and employee-related data changes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create reports for stakeholders on a regular basis, focusing on payroll and HR-related data.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements, focusing on standardization and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and support internal and external audits.
  • Document Management: Ensure the highest quality of documents and data correctness in our systems.
Requirements
  • Language Expertise: Fluency in Dutch and a minimum of B1 level English.
  • Payroll Experience: End-to-end Dutch payroll process experience.
  • HR Knowledge: Solid knowledge of HR-related administrative processes and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and social skills, knowledge of Excel, and experience with AFAS Profit and Workday.
