As a Digital Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring PLM infrastructure and responding to problems to ensure product availability to users. This includes hosts, network, services, and licenses. You will also work on user requests in 2nd and 3rd line support with a global scope of use. Additionally, you will report incident key performance indicators and manage license usage reporting for PLM applications across our portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience using Teamcenter application (Siemens PLM) and its administration. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, Datadog, etc. and experience in observability is required. Experience with Flex LM license infrastructure and license reporting systems such as Nexthink or Open LM is also necessary. Furthermore, knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product backlog management/prioritization, including the use of GIT, Jira, and Sourcetree, is essential.
You should hold a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a team with shared responsibilities, are crucial. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, and proficiency in German is an added advantage.
