Your Role in Delivering Excellent Service

In this role, you'll collaborate daily with various departments, including services, to support our customers and ensure smooth business operations. Your coordination efforts will be crucial in delivering outstanding service.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We're looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer relations.
  • Strong commitment, independence, and initiative are essential in carrying out tasks.
  • You'll need an excellent command of Polish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Reliability and exceptional organizational skills are vital for success in this role.
  • A positive attitude, effective communication, and ability to work as part of a team are also essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to operate in an online environment are necessary.

Your Typical Day

  • You'll manage complaints from customers and provide effective resolutions.
  • Support sales with quality documentation flow organization.
  • Cooperate with services teams in the scope of orders management.
  • Coordinate ongoing commercial and service projects in logistical terms.
  • Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory management.
  • Organize and supervise transportation activities to meet deadlines.
  • Perform general office work, including mail handling and managing document flow.

This job primarily involves desk work, with minimal physical demands.
