We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in financial services, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor accounts and contact clients to discuss overdue payments
- Investigate and resolve unapplied payments, initiate refunds for overpayments
- Provide support to clients in resolving issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collections activity and accounts receivables status
- Communicative English (B2 / C1) and fluent or native knowledge of German, French, Hungarian, Slovenian, Italian, or Dutch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
