We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in financial services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts and contact clients to discuss overdue payments
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied payments, initiate refunds for overpayments
  • Provide support to clients in resolving issues
  • Update account status records and collection efforts
  • Report on collections activity and accounts receivables status
Requirements
  • Communicative English (B2 / C1) and fluent or native knowledge of German, French, Hungarian, Slovenian, Italian, or Dutch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
