About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with a passion for user experience and cryptocurrency to join our team at SeedHunter. As a Product Manager with UX Specialty, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's strategy and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in consultation with stakeholders and in alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Apply your insight into customer-centric practices, collecting, analyzing and incorporating customer feedback into our product development cycle.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and influence improvements, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the strategic link between customer needs, market trends and the company's vision. Work closely with internal teams, including development, marketing and sales, to formulate and execute the product strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market size, customer segmentation, pricing models, integration possibilities.
  • UX & Crypto Solution Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX principles with blockchain and crypto solutions.
  • Concept Development: Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product modules and features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably with a focus on crypto or fintech products.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development processes.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem. Alternatively, strong experience in finance/fintech products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
