Dynamic Coffee Sales Professional for B2B Market Expansion

Location: Łódź area, Remote

We are seeking a driven sales professional to help expand our B2B market in Poland. As part of the Europe Solutions UK team, you will play a central role in driving growth and developing strong client relationships.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food industry. You should be self-motivated, with strong sales and interpersonal skills, and able to independently plan and manage client visits and field sales activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively prospecting and visiting business owners to present our high-quality coffee solutions. They will develop deep understanding of client needs, providing customized solutions to enhance their coffee offerings, build strong client relationships, and act as the face of our brand in their area.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry
  • Self-motivated, with strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently plan and manage client visits and field sales activities
  • Fluent Polish and intermediate English skills
  • Flexibility for travel and in-person meetings with clients
