We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Brent, London. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR or recruitment administration and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Support various functions including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and general HR operations.
As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint recruitment needs, advertise job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and more, conduct telephone screenings and coordinate interviews, organize recruitment events and job fairs, manage onboarding processes for new employees, oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, coordinate essential training sessions such as First Aid and Food Safety, maintain and update training records to ensure compliance, assist in developing and implementing HR policies, support employee relations cases through note-taking and documentation, help organize company events and engagement activities, process expense reimbursements, manage travel arrangements and Oyster cards for staff, organize meal arrangements for colleagues as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
