Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland and Central Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales quota attainment and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities through existing relationships and identify potential clients for cross-selling and up-selling services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of software and service sales within assigned named accounts or territories, ensuring a minimum of 4-5 times sales quota for the rolling 12-month period.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, business development, and system integrators or partners, to drive sales growth.
- Travel extensively throughout Poland and Central Europe, attending trade shows, visiting offices, and meeting with clients and prospects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS sales, with a proven track record of sales quota attainment.
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and KPIs in Poland and Central Europe.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and collaborate with all levels of sales resources.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- A competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
