We are growing globally, and our Global Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a true team player to identify, attract, and hire top talent to drive our business forward.

Talent Acquisition Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

This includes owning recruitment plans for Americas and EMEA countries, partnering with hiring managers, and HR COEs to co-create local talent acquisition strategies.

Additionally, this role involves proactively identifying and attracting qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques, posting job openings, and reviewing active applications.

A key aspect of this role is conducting phone and online video interviews with candidates and creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by building long-term relationships.

Talent Insights and Stakeholder Management

This position requires providing talent insights, consultations, and recommendations to internal customers on talent market trends, hiring trends, and external competition.

It also involves involving hiring managers and HR COEs in various talent acquisition activities focused on attracting candidates for short and long-term perspectives to develop successful recruitment strategies and create talent pipelines.

Improving Global and EMEA Talent Acquisition

This role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, participating in regional and global talent acquisition projects, and championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Sourcer focused on results and Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

You will have excellent communication skills, especially stakeholders management and expectations management, and a team player mentality.

Successful execution of complex recruitment strategies and techniques, experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are also required.
