Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at HRK S.A. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth for consumables and accessories through strategic cold calling and lead generation initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by aligning with company goals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Promote online purchasing and recurring order setups with customers, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional technical support.
  • Research competitors, analyze market trends, and identify potential sales opportunities to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert information and preparing customized quotes.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and customer needs, suggesting additional or new products based on purchase history and client requirements.
  • Participate in marketing events like trade shows and seminars to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, track progress, and update internal systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) to ensure data accuracy and insights.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), and other sales management tools is essential.
  • Proven success in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are crucial.
