Responsibilities:- Design and implement custom solutions in ServiceNow's backend, focusing on platform tables and ITSM modules.
- Analyze and improve Incident, Problem, and Change processes by optimizing workflows, business rules, and notifications.
- Connect external data sources with ServiceNow for seamless information transfer using tools like Mulesoft and SnowMirror.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an agile and DevOps environment.
Requirements:- Fundamental knowledge of English is required, as well as good knowledge of Polish.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, preferably with a focus on mentioned modules.
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow 'Administration Fundamentals,' 'Certified Systems Administrator,' and 'Implementation Specialist'; 'Certified Application Developer' welcomed.
