As a Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for establishing RATIONAL as the preferred partner by delivering tangible benefits to our customers. You will work closely with the Sales Director and Head of Key Account to identify new customer opportunities and cultivate relationships with key accounts in the region.

Your tasks will include accommodating the needs and requirements of customers, developing our Key Account market position, and collaborating with stakeholders to prepare proposals following the practices of RATIONAL.

We are looking for a candidate with several years of professional experience managing medium-sized and/or large accounts, with a strong background in sales of foodservice equipment. You should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.

You should also have a hands-on and sales-oriented approach, with a proven ability to create, develop, and sustain long-term customer relationships. Additionally, you should be a great team player with excellent written and verbal Polish and English skills, and a willingness to travel frequency for the company (approximately 70%).
