As a Key Account Manager Mass Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of sell-in/sell-out targets and availability/visibility targets in the key account Mass Market business across mixed channels.

About the Role

This position requires developing credible relationships with customers, creating annual customer plans, and monitoring their execution. You will also be accountable for executing Haleon's commercial strategy for Mass Market customers, hitting sell-in and sell-out and market share targets.

Key responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, timely and coordinated customer orders, effective distribution of promotional materials, and providing market/customer/competition feedback to support decision-making and forecasting.
