About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Poland. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring high-value customers, recruiting professional buyers and sellers, and nurturing long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts in Poland while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to develop target accounts in Poland.
  • Acquire new professional customers from pre-assigned opportunities or proactively searched by you.
  • Win back lost valuable customers assigned to you.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in the Polish automotive industry, preferably in a sales role or business development.
  • Strong network in the Polish automotive market is a plus.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
  • Polish native and English professional communication level are mandatory.
