The Talent Acquisition Manager role oversees recruiting processes, building new teams while shaping our great culture and playing a key role in maintaining our unique, fast-paced workplace across the EMEA region. You will manage a team of talented recruiters and serve as an advisor and partner, staying current on business and market trends, and providing data-informed advice on various recruiting-related issues.

This role involves leveraging industry best practices to drive a professional and empowering talent acquisition experience for candidates and managers. This includes working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs, becoming their trusted recruitment partner, providing guidance in all aspects of talent acquisition. The role also requires managing the TA EMEA team and driving excellence in managing full life cycle talent acquisition including intake meetings, posting roles, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging industry best practices to drive a professional and empowering talent acquisition experience for candidates and managers.
  • Working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs, becoming their trusted recruitment partner, providing guidance in all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Managing the TA EMEA team and driving excellence in managing full life cycle talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with 10+ years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and TA management position. A strong stakeholder management and commitment to continuous improvement is essential. The ideal candidate should have a high interest and experience in TA data analytics for driving KPIs and a target-driven, detail-oriented approach to work.
