We are seeking a highly skilled Members Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Gdansk. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective front-line and operational support to our 8000+ farmer owners in 7 European countries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively handling farmers' inquiries on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely support.
- Maintaining master data and monitoring milk quality results.
- Collaborating with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless support.
- Verifying documentation based on established guidelines and standards.
- Supporting the administration of quality assurance programs related to sustainable farming practices.
- Building strong relationships with local teams and farmers, fostering a cooperative and supportive environment.
- Contributing to the development of our knowledge library by creating informative guides and resources for farmers.
- Handling ad hoc tasks on a daily basis to address any immediate needs or requests from farmers.
