Job Position
We are seeking a Strategic Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients for our agency, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients for all services offered by our agency;
- Conduct regular calls or meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and preferences;
- Sign contracts with clients and ensure timely completion of projects;
- Update information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records;
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of services in recruiting or related fields;
- Excellent understanding of the market of mass recruiting;
- Knowledge of HR industry topics, including temporary labor market;
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques aligned with current market trends;
- Proficiency in working languages: Polish, English at least B2 level.
Benefits Package
- Competitive salary with a fixed part depending on experience in the field, ranging from 4000 to 6000 PLN monthly net;
- Bonus structure based on work performance, including a total income consisting of fixed part + bonus of 20% of the gross income of the project for the third month after signing;
- Country/Time zone: Poland/CET; Working hours: 9-17 on weekdays; Annual paid vacation according to local legislation; Travel: occasional visits to clients' offices or factories, participation in exhibitions (after passing probation period); Full-time employee (termless contract); Remote format.
