Job Overview:

The Employee Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This position involves providing expert guidance on team management, employee development, and motivation, as well as leading various HR programs to enhance employee well-being and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management Advisory: Provide strategic support to team leaders, focusing on employee development and motivation to drive performance and productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation and Talent Development: Collaborate with managers to develop effective performance appraisal processes, identify talent development opportunities, and create clear career paths for employees.
  • Organizational Change and Conflict Resolution: Manage organizational change initiatives and proactively address workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Well-being Programs: Develop and execute the Company's Well-being program, promoting a culture of employee well-being and engagement.
  • Benefits and Incentive Programs: Oversee additional employee benefits, programs, and internal initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Organize and lead CSR activities, including employee volunteering, charitable events, and environmental initiatives, to foster a sense of community and social responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
