What You'll Do

  • Drive new business by making outbound calls and developing fresh accounts.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers across the globe.
  • Negotiate deals to close sales while ensuring profitable margins.
  • Manage the full sales order process and run a complete client portfolio.
  • Hit key performance metrics for phone time, prospecting, and customer engagement.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including Sales, Commodity Managers, and Purchasing.

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with great time management and multitasking skills.
  • You have a degree and recent experience in sales, customer service, or consultative roles.
  • You speak English, and Polish
  • Bonus: You speak English fluently and Polish
  • Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Hebrew, and more
