Are you a Sales Development Representative with a true hunter mindset? Join and own the top of the funnel. You'll research target accounts, run smart outbound across calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and book high‑quality meetings that turn into pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated AE and marketing and use modern tools (including AI) to prospect smarter and faster. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love building new business from zero, we'd love to talk.

Main responsibilities:
  • Generate and prospect leads by researching target accounts and finding new sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start conversations.
  • Qualify leads by digging into their needs and confirming fit with our product.
  • Book discovery calls and meetings for qualified prospects with our Account Executives.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, notes, and lead data.
  • Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and support campaigns.
  • Get deep with understanding target accounts: analyse annual reports, listen to podcasts, interviews with target personas etc.
  • Track your metrics, manage your pipeline, and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to establish connections with prospects.
Core requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of building new business pipeline.
  • Fluency in English.
  • High level of coachability.
  • Hunter mindset with strong business and customer-centric thinking.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, quickly growing company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Resilience and perseverance.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in tech sales.
  • Hands-on use of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong interest in AI technologies.
  • Solid cold calling and LinkedIn outreach skills.
Salary range:
  • Gross salary range: pl + performance based commission.
