A leading global company in the juvenile products industry is looking for a
Sales & Training Representative
to join its commercial team. Our products are available in more than 100 countries and stand out for their quality, durability, and top consumer ratings.

Your Mission
The Sales & Training Representative will be responsible for executing the account plan to ensure sales targets are achieved and for contributing to the sustainable growth of our brands within the assigned region.

We are seeking someone who knows how to inspire store teams, deliver engaging training sessions, and strengthen our brands visibility through smart visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face and ambassador of our brands on social media and in-store.
  • Contribute actively to the implementation of the companys commercial strategy.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, the social media team, and other departments, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
  • Execute the local account plan and drive sales growth through regular customer visits, training, and engagement.
  • Ensure optimal in-store execution and merchandising presentation.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, particularly in baby specialty stores.
  • Participate in customer events and open days.
  • Use Salesforce for contract management, store visits, and photo reports.
  • Report on sales performance and progress.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Recognized as a brand ambassador with active visibility on social media;
  • Achievement of sales targets for assigned accounts;
  • High levels of customer satisfaction (Sales, Training & Visual Merchandising);
  • All visits logged in Salesforce;
  • Willingness to be on the road approximately 90% of the time.

Your Profile

  • Comfortable being on camera and active on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn;
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience;
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven successful sales experience, preferably in Consumer Goods or Hospitality;
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language;
  • Skilled trainer with excellent presentation abilities, capable of inspiring and influencing others;
  • People-oriented: empathetic, a good listener, and communicative;
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven;
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and passionate about results.
