How You'll Make An Impact
As our Digital Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey – driving adoption, engagement, and long-term value through scalable digital touchpoints. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers feel supported, empowered, and excited about what's next.

  • Support Customer Onboarding & Adoption

  • Help design and deliver digital programs that guide customers through onboarding and product adoption.

  • Learn how to improve customer satisfaction and renewal rates through scalable, consistent processes.

  • Use Digital Tools to Engage Customers

  • Work with automation, self-service platforms, and AI to manage customer journeys at scale.

  • Help create personalized and proactive communication strategies.

  • Learn from Customer Data

  • Track customer health scores, usage patterns and feedback.

  • Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, and help turn insights into action.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Build relationships with colleagues in Product, Sales, Marketing and Support.

  • Be a voice for the customer and help drive improvements across the business.

You May Be a Good Fit If

  • 1 year' or above experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • You love data and use it to guide decisions and conversations.
  • You're comfortable working with technology and willing to learn new tools and approaches.
  • You're a natural communicator – empathetic, clear, and proactive.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems creatively.
  • Fluency in English language.

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Experience with digital tools such as CRM platforms, customer engagement software, or marketing automation systems.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • You've built or contributed to digital success programs or automation workflows.
  • You bring a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Additional languages would be an advantage.
