Department OverviewAccounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
Job Description

You'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing AP related queries submitted by MSI Employees and external suppliers

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the business and vendors

  • Case management

  • Supporting day to day accounting process and procedures

  • Audit support

  • Helping other members of AP Department to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards

  • Reporting results

  • Hold resolution

  • Driving improvement projects


Basic Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience (AP/Finance area)

  • Bachelor/Master Degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent English

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office/Google Apps

  • Very good knowledge of an ERP system (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite, etc.)

  • Team player

  • Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Adaptability to change

  • Proactive approach and thinking out of the box
