Junior Finance Specialist Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

  • Processes AP invoices and raises queries with vendors and internal customers
  • Analyses and reconciles accounts
  • Manages AP related documentation
  • Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
  • Investigates processing errors in the respective area of responsibility and drives resolution
  • Reports operational issues (process or system related) to team lead

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles
  • Good knowledge of English and Polish (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of a SAP environment (would be an asset)
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to work as a team member and independently
