Are you passionate about transforming how global IT services are delivered? As Head Service Management & Sourcing, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our Corporate IT organization. You will lead an international team to deliver efficient, secure, and business-aligned IT services while advancing sourcing strategies and driving continuous improvement across multiple global locations. What You Will Do


• Lead and inspire an international team across Zurich, Madrid, and Warsaw to deliver outstanding IT services.

• Define and execute a global Service Management & Sourcing strategy aligned with business and IT goals.

• Establish and optimize ITIL-based service governance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance.

• Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and contracts to achieve quality, stability, and cost efficiency.

• Drive transformation through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.


What You Bring
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience with strong focus on Service Management, Operations, or Sourcing.
  • Proven success in leading international, multi-location teams and driving organizational efficiency.
  • Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks, vendor management, and enterprise IT environments (SAP, M365, Cloud).
  • Strong strategic, communication, and execution skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
