Zadania:
- Obsługa klienta - zarządzanie transakcjami klientów, w tym zamówieniami, statusem zamówień, zapytaniami, reklamacjami i dostawami
- Odpowiadanie na zapytania klientów za pośrednictwem określonych kanałów komunikacji
- Zarządzanie relacjami z klientami oraz procesem reklamacyjnym przy użyciu Salesforce
- Współpraca z zespołami wewnętrznymi, m.in. sprzedaży, łańcucha dostaw i obsługi reklamacji, w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta
- Przegląd zamówień pod kątem zgodności z warunkami firmy oraz analiza procesów obsługi w celu poprawy wydajności i skrócenia czasu realizacji zamówień
- Przygotowywanie raportów, analiz i wskaźników jakościowych dla zespołów biznesowych
- Identyfikacja możliwości poprawy jakości danych oraz wdrażanie działań optymalizacyjnych
- Wsparcie w szkoleniach oraz wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań przed i/lub po ich uruchomieniu
- Eskalacja problemów, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba
Wymagania:
- 1-2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku związanym z obsługą klienta biznesowego
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
- Mile widziana znajomość jednego z wymienionych języków na poziomie B2: włoski, holenderski, francuski, niemiecki lub hiszpański
- Mile widziana znajomość programów SAP i/lub Salesforce
- Wykształcenie wyższe
- Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę tymczasową na 12-18 miesięcy
- Zatrudnienie w międzynarodowej firmie o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku
- Możliwość pracy hybrydowej (kilka dni pracy z biura w miesiącu)
- Praca na pełen etat pon-pt w godzinach 8:00-16:00
