PANDORA powstała w Kopenhadze, w Danii, ponad 40 lat temu. Od tego czasu odbyła niesamowitą podróż - od małego sklepu na obrzeżach Kopenhagi do największej firmy biżuteryjnej na świecie, wytwarzającej wykańczaną ręcznie, przystępną cenową biżuterię, umożliwiającą milionom ludzi na całym świecie na wyrażanie ich indywidualnego stylu i upamiętnianie najważniejszych momentów życia oraz osób i miejsc, które kochają.

Osoba której szukamy, będzie odpowiedzialna za:

•              Budowanie więzi między naszą marką, a klientem

•              Realizacja indywidualnych i zespołowych celów sprzedażowych poprzez najlepsze standardy obsługi i dzielenie się swoją wiedzą na temat produktów i marki

•              Budowanie relacji i pozytywnych doświadczeń klientów przez dbanie (wspólnie z zespołem) o ekspozycję produktów, wygląd i atmosferę w sklepie

•              Obsługa systemu kasowego, obsługa transakcji finansowych, w tym zwrotów i wymian.

•              Udział w szkoleniach online i ciągły rozwój swoich umiejętności

•              Rozumiesz i akceptujesz specyfikę pracy w handlu (zmianowość, praca w soboty)

•              Masz doświadczenie w sprzedaży i obsłudze klienta

•              Cenisz pracę zespołową i pozytywną atmosferę pracy

•              Masz motywację do pracy i jesteś zaangażowany/zaangażowana w wykonywane zadania

•              Znasz język angielski w stopniu komunikatywnym
