  • Stopień naukowy doktora, uzyskany nie wcześniej niż 7 lat przed rokiem zatrudnienia w projekcie; stopień musiał zostać uzyskany w podmiocie innym niż Instytut Hematologii i Transfuzjologii. Do konkursu mogą przystąpić osoby, które spełniają warunki określone w ustawie z dnia 20 lipca 2018 roku Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce (Dz. U. 2018 poz. 1668 z późn. zm.)
  • Gruntowna wiedza z zakresu biologii chorób nowotworowych/biologii limfocytów;
  • Praktyczna znajomość metod biologii molekularnej (manipulacje genetyczne w tym CRISPR/Cas9, klonowanie DNA, analizy białek i RNA), technik mikroskopowych oraz doświadczenie w hodowlach komórkowych są od kandydata oczekiwane. Doświadczenie w analizach transkryptomicznych (RNAseq), proteomicznych będzie dodatkowym atutem;
  • Kreatywność, samodzielność, zaangażowanie i inicjatywa w działaniu oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu zaawansowanym, umożliwiającym płynną komunikację, pisanie tekstów naukowych oraz prezentację wyników;
  • Dorobek naukowy udokumentowany publikacjami w czasopismach o zasięgu międzynarodowym.
  • Prowadzenie badań poświęconych patogenezie nowotworów układu chłonnego (generowanie komórkowych modeli genetycznych, detekcja aktywności kaskad sygnałowych, badanie interakcji białko-białko, mikroskopia wysokiej rozdzielczości, analiza transkryptomiczna-RNAseq i proteomiczna, eksperymenty z użyciem modeli zwierzęcych).
  • Analiza i dokumentacja prac laboratoryjnych
  • Udział w konferencjach naukowych, stażach oraz w przygotowaniu manuskryptów publikacji naukowych.
  • Aktywny udział w tworzeniu wniosków grantowych
  • Opieka nad doktorantami
