Position Description

-Support for the integration of ESG strategy in key departments such as purchasing, R&D and marketing
- Contributing to internal and external communication in all channels and supporting change management
- Identify specific issues that play a role in the product portfolio in collaboration with the ESG strategy manager.
- Leading projects of small to medium complexity and ensuring the achievement of project objectives. This includes clarifying project requirements, objectives and methods with the project manager and ensuring that decisions are made within the project boundaries.
- Responsible for documentation and reporting
- Preparation, participation and follow-up of Corporate ESG team meetings and other selected ESG-related project team meetings.
- Manage specific sub-projects, e.g. to reduce our carbon footprint
- Support for the creation of the non-financial statement and sustainability report, including data collection

Position Requirements

-You hold a University degree in Business Management or similar with 2 to 3 years of experience within international area and direct cooperation with senior management

-Fluency in English, both oral and written

-You have a proven bottom line responsibility and dedication to customer/client satisfaction

You already have some experience in Project Management

-You are known for your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an advanced level in MS Excel and Word; experience with data warehouse information and MS Access would be a plus
