About Our Client

Our client is currently in search of a Commercial Director to lead market development efforts in Poland. The role involves establishing a strong sales infrastructure with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, while also prioritizing an exceptional customer experience throughout the B2B sales journey.

Job Description

  • Craft a tailored local growth strategy aligned with overarching regional business goals
  • Spearhead market development initiatives in Poland and taking charge of all customer interactions
  • Establish and cultivate streamlined, profitable customer teams dedicated to consistently surpassing market benchmarks
  • Cultivate a robust sales infrastructure in Poland, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enhance the overall customer journey, prioritizing an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting ambitious targets and fostering continuous employee development
  • Minimize cancellation rates to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Drive the expansion of new business opportunities to fuel sustained growth
  • Optimize the quality and cost-effectiveness of service logistics operations
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Sales, Customer Care and Service Logistics departments, ensuring synergy and alignment across all functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a managerial role with long-term contract-related business or a similar field is essential
  • Proven track record in effectively managing Sales or Customer Care Teams for several years is required
  • Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction with the ability to establish and maintain efficient business operations to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Proficiency in people management and the ability to motivate teams effectively
  • Ability to build teams, mentor novice leaders and encourage ongoing personal growth
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and driving performance in a matrix organization
  • Ability to cultivate enduring relationships with employees and colleagues
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
